- Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Seasoning Rub: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, lemon juice, and paprika.
- Coat: Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Generously rub the herb mixture all over the surface of the turkey.
