  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a sturdy glass, gently muddle (lightly crush) half of the peach slices with one rosemary sprig and the honey/maple syrup (if using). This helps release the flavors.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the chilled sparkling water.
