Ingrédients
  

  • C1 cup mixed berries frozen is best for texture – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana frozen for extra creaminess, optional
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt Greek yogurt for extra protein, or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup milk dairy or non-dairy like almond or oat milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
  • Optional additions: 1 scoop protein powder 1 tablespoon chia seeds, handful of spinachustomizable with your favorite berries!

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients (frozen berries, banana, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and any optional additions) in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a little more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
